Custom Clown Costumes

Custom clown costumes can be created according to your individual tastes.  We will be glad to take your order over the phone or via our Contact Form.  Make sure you complete the contact form completely and accurately.

Policy Regarding Signature Costumes

Costumes that are trademark or signature costumes cannot be replicated.  They are unique to the owner and cannot be copied.

Steps to a Complete Custom Clown Costume:

1. Contact Doris Fletcher, owner of The Clown Costume.
2. You will be asked a few questions such as:

• What type of clown are you?
• What colors do you prefer?
• And other general questions.

3. Doris will send you an information sheet to complete and a design charge of $25.00 is required. If you like the sketch the $25 design charge will be applied to your balance.   You will receive a rough sketch or drawing of the costume, fabric samples and a price quote.
4. If you like the sketch, send 50% of the cost in a check or money order made out to The Clown Closet.
5. You will receive an email when the costume is completed.
6. Then you will need to send the balance of the cost plus shipping and taxes (where they apply)
7. Please allow 2 to 3 months for shipment during busy seasons.

Return Policy

• When you receive your costume, try it on immediately.
• Check the invoice.
• Make sure all additional accessories are included. NOTE: Accessories are not included in the Custom Costume cost.
• A replacement exchange is available the first 30 days.
• Make sure the costume has not been altered in any way.
• Washed items will not be exchanged.
• Socks or hosiery cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Costume is guaranteed for up to one year with normal wear and tear and proper cleaning procedures.
• You satisfaction is guaranteed.
